I highly recommend NOT to use this company! They are totally unreliable. I went to my apartment yesterday to put a padlock for self check-in and I found the house not cleaned. I called them to ask them why and they told me it was my fault for putting the wrong dates.on the system. I was absolutely sure that the dates were right and I also had a screenshot with what I had booked but I only asked them to come and clean. In my apartment the beds had no beddings and on the couch there was a pile of clean sheets and towels closed in a plastic bag. It's pretty obvious that they came to clean took the old beddings and left the new ones but then probably they forgot to go to another house and told the person that was cleaning my house to leave immediately and go to fix their problem. At 7pm (the new guests were due to come at 8pm!!!!!) they called me saying they couldn't find anybody to go and clean my house and that anyway was my fault for putting the wrong dates (of course I put the right dates because I have the screenshot but they changed it to say I was wrong). I had to discount one night to my guests, I had to go clean myself buying all the products etc. I also had many complains from guests saying the house was dirty. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! MANY NEIGHBORS TOLD KE NOT TO AND I DIDN'T LISTEN!!!!!

Ottima qualità, precisione e puntualità. Ottime la tariffe e personale qualificato. Consiglio vivamente per chi gestisce case vacanze e per chi è superhost come me !

Confermo la pessima esperienza già descritta nella recensione del Sg.Pallotta. Ho aiutato (nella gestione) la proprietaria di una casa vacanze e Hostclean si è rivelato un disastro. Pulizie sommarie, errori, nessuna risposta alle email, mancate pulizie con avviso all'ultimo momento, causando gravi problemi coi clienti. L'ultima volta non sono andati a pulire nonostante la prenotazione (con screenshot), non si sono giustificati neanche, e quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni non hanno richiamato per poi mandare una email con la quale recedevano dal contratto, senza neanche rispettare i 30 giorni obbligatori di preavviso. Procederemo per vie legali.

Le quattro stelle sono per la host clean... Ho lavorato con loro molto professionali. Devo però fare una recensione super negativa alla ditta VERA SERVICE che collabora con loro..... sono stata inserita nel gruppo lavoro da un certo Andrea Marotta e Vera Sanso della ditta VERA SERVICE di pomezia e voglio avvisare le ragazze /signore di stare attente a QUESTO personaggio PERCHÉ non paga gli stipendi... Io sono una delle cinque PERSONE che hanno lavorato con lui in questi mesi e non ci ha pagato..sperando che venga visto questo avviso. È stato denunciato.
