Eviten tener que ir a este lugar. La peor atención que he tenido. Me atendió una mujer muy descortés y maleducada.No me dejó retirar el dinero con mi documento de identidad, le mostré que la página de Western Union autoriza la transacción con cualquier documento oficial de identidad. Muy mala experiencia. Realmente traten de evitarlo.Lamentablemente es el único que hay en Venecia, espero que le saquen su licencia. Western Union pierde credibilidad allí.

Okay, I don't normally give reviews but I think is important to share a diverse experience here. There is a general consensus among reviews for this place that describe really horrendous stories. Those made me go all across town looking for an alternative agent and overall anxious in regards to what I would find here. In the end, however, I had no choice but to stop at this Western Union. It was fine - to be honest, it was above average fast as well.This is not to demerit other reviews, but more to say that this place can vary and is not necessarily the worst WU on the globe. I did a international withdraw coming from another continent, so that also is possible. And the lady was normally polite and relatively smiley. However, I would add that I tried to scratch as much Italian as possible, which may have helped to make her more welcoming.Overall, if you need a WU in Venice, right now is either this or taking a train to Mestre or Padova. Be ready to have a bad experience here, because clearly many had, but it is also possible to have a pretty normal one.

Si vous pouvez éviter de vous y rendre, surtout faites le. La dame du guichet est odieuse, n'apporte aucune aide et ne fait même pas l'effort de parler anglais bien qu'elle propose le service Western Union !! Nous nous y sommes rendus suite à divers problèmes de carte bancaire, nous étions en pleine détresse et devions récupérer du cash envoyé urgemment par un proche. Cette dame n'a montré aucune empathie : elle nous a refusé les fonds car notre carte d'identité contenait 3 prénoms quand le bon de commande n'en indiquait que deux (pourtant, sur le site Western Union, seul le deuxième prénom est demandé). Ma conjointe en pleurs, nous lui avons demandé quelle était la solution, lui avons demandé de l'aide, mais elle se retirait systématiquement dans l'arrière boutique après nous avoir répété la même phrase incompréhensible avec mépris et dédain...Le seul effort qu'elle ait fait en anglais a été de nous dire : ici c'est comme ça

Persone scortesi, maleducate, incompetenti. Dopo mezz'ora che aspettavo per fare un ritiro alla Western Union la proprietaria mi ha cacciato dicendomi in malo modo di andare da un'altra parte, dopo che le avevo fatto presente la mia lunga attesa.

La signora ha cambiato colore dei capelli... ora sono di un rosso improbabile, ma la potrete riconoscere dalla cattiveria e dall'arroganza che ha. Se potete evitatela davvero! È indescrivibile! Una stella sono costretta a metterla per poter fare la recensione, ma nemmeno questa meritava!

This agency only facilitates transfers that originate from Italy. Given the prime tourist location of the office this is pretty useless. The lady in the office could not care less about your predicament. Very poor experience with Western Union.

Nach den ganzen schlechten Kritiken ein wenig Bammel gehabt.Hatte wegen Diebstahl Geld transferieren lassen müssen.Alles unkompliziert und schnell. Freundliche Bedienung, die mir auch kleine Scheine mit heraus gegeben hatte.Von daher war alles top.

The short heavy woman who works here with red short hair is not honest and not following western union policy. I recommend avoiding this location if you can.
