Très mal accueilli dans ce lieu: insulté et bousculé jusqu'à la sortie sous prétexte que le magasin ferme au milieu de l'après-midi et alors que nous étions prêts à acheter de beaux cahiers pour notre fille, la violence des 2 personnes a choquer notre fille de 12 ans. Au bout de 2 minutes, on nous dit que le magasin va fermer, nous demandons 5 minutes et on nous a fichu à la porte en se faisant insulter, Voilà comment nous avons été congédié vers la sortie.

I read a few of the posts here and have to say that I found the staff very friendly and eager to tell you about the products. As for prices, you are in Venice and the paper is handmade. I found them reasonably priced and a good quality product. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a lovely gift.Okay, we got home and found we had picked up the wrong book. Several weeks later we went back to the shop and walked in. They exchanged it with no problem. Still not sure why people think this is a bad place to shop? We found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Very disappointing rude staff. My daughter wanted to buy a quill (not cheap at that) but was repeatedly turned away under the pretext that the store was closed or about to close. At some point she saw a family browsing inside and as she was about to enter, the shop keeper again didn’t let her in saying the shop was about to close . Discriminating and unpleasant shop staff, stay away!

It’s futile to resist these beautiful items. The quality of the binding and paper is impeccable. I bought a journal and a bookmark— what amazing souvenirs of Venice. Are the prices high? You get what you pay for. If you want something “affordable”, darling there’s always Amazon for a knock-off.

Belle boutique, bon vendeur mais des prix plus élevés qu'ailleurs pour les mêmes produits similaires, on y vend des perles en plastiques en vous disant qu'il s'agit de verre de Murano !

Prices are Way too high. They don’t take returns. And they will kick you out of the shop for asking questions
