I’ve bought yesterday the sunglasses… the lady who was packaging them didn’t put it in the box… Today I’ve opened the box and no sunglasses, I called the shop the lady who reply she said she remembered me and she saw the sun glasses inside, I said check in the shop I’m coming there I have to drive one hour. After 5 min I called back she replied yes i found the sunglasses and they will send it… mistakes we all make I agree but what it makes worst is that they didn’t inform me by sending an email, didn’t try to call or WhatsApp knowing I’m a tourist here … to the manager of the shop try to improve the level of service… now we agreed I will take it from Capri shop, I really don’t want to get upset again …

There is nothing i hate more than being profiled in a designer store. The staff were extremely rude and had no intentions on helping me with my purchase while i was here. Any questions i asked, they answered short and rudely. Louis Vuitton down the street was a completely different experience and showed nothing but professionalism. Dior needs to take notes.

The shop was on the location to reach easily. It is a small Dior Shop, but they have a lot of opportunities. The staff was kind and hospitality.
