Ne travaillez pas avec cette société. Ils prennent votre argent et n’envoient aucune marchandise et ne vous rembourse pas.La bataille va être longue pour récupérer notre argent mais nous ne lâcherons pas.

Je suis dans le même cas que ses personnes qui se font arnaquer !! J’ai fait « confiance » à cet société pour la production d’un grand nombre de lunettes mais toujours rien ! Cet société accepte de travailler avec des entreprises pour leurs voler de l’argent ! Je suis dans l’incompréhension et j’insiste sur le fait de ne pas leur faire confiance et de ne pas leur verser le moindre argent ! Il vous demandera de payer pour produire mais ne produira rien et biensur, il ne vous rendra pas cet argent !

Don’t do business with this company! They’re in financial trouble and only let you know when you threaten them with lawyers. We placed an order in August 2022, paid upfront, never received designs or products. Asked several times about the status of our order and there were always other problems. This week this, next week that…Asked for a refund and still didn’t get the money back by now (May 2023).Now they want to pay us our money back in 3 rates by the end of the year starting in October.Very bad style of communication, Simone Romano doesn’t answer properly or doesn’t answer at all, also he makes promises he knows he can’t keep.Do not order from this company! Do not send them money before you received anything!EDIT after company’s response: unfortunately we have a business relationship with you, which, by now, we deeply regret Simone. Don't work with this company.We started working with Simone on February we made the first payment on February and 2 weeks ago (April 14th) he sends us an email telling us that the goods were ready and we need to make the 2nd payment to have him send them to us.End of April we asks Simone news and now he sent us a paper about having financial problems etc.The problem is that I reached at companies that are waiting for their refunds or good since 2022 and he continues to sign contract (like us in February) knowing he will not deliver.
