Agriturismo I Fuochi a Montepulciano
Two brick houses stand on a hill surrounded by vineyards on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. It is an Agriturismo I Fuocchi run by a very nice family. We spent eleven days there with my family in August. It is a very nice place and Lucia and her father Dino were there every day. Always nice, smiling and very friendly. This is how you can imagine the real care of the hosts. Lucia offered us her wine and coffee. As for the place itself. it is very clean and intimate here. The Agriturismo has a fairly large and clean swimming pool. Figs, olives and lots of herbs grow in the immediate vicinity of the houses. The rooms are clean and tidy. the location is very conducive to nearby excursions in this beautiful area. within 60-90 minutes drive you can reach such attractive and beautiful places as Siena, Montalcino, Perugia, Spello and Pienza. in half an hour you can be on the market in Cortona or wander the streets of Montepulciano. We will definitely come back here.

It was such a lovely stay, Luzia and her parents were as warm as the Tuscan Sun :) We received great tips for exploring the area and their wine and olive oil were amazing! I had my best experience in Tuscany with the lovely landscapes around the area. highly recommend!

We visited in early summer and loved our stay. The family is lovely and the apartments are well looked after. Would definitely stay again. Requires a car, but in a great location for day trip.

Agriturismo I Fuochi a Montepulciano
Lucia and her parents are amazing hosts! We felt extremely welcome and we’re delighted with the stay. The infrastructure is very nice in our apartment. It had everything to make us comfortable. We had a great time cooking in our kitchen with the sunset view. Be sure to try their wine and olive oil. Simply delicious! We bought some to make sure we could keep the holiday spirit a little longer when we got back home.

We stayed one week in the end of April, and it was wonderful! The view from the Agriturismo is amazing, the apartment was very good. Lucia was very helpful!The location is great; close to Montepulciano, the Val d'Orcia, Cortona and Lago Trasimeno.Definitely a wonderful place to explore beautiful Toskana and Umbria!

Lucia is above the 5 stars qualification. Best host I ever had. We fell in love with the house, the area, but specially with Licia & family. We have found our happyness spot.
