Agriturismo SOLE

We had a wonderful stay at Sole. Kids enjoyed the animals (specially Nina) and the surroundings.Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the friendliness of everyone outstanding. Would really recommend it.

There are special places that you visit that fill up your senses and make you remember the time you spent there for the rest of your life! To me, Agriturismo Sole is one of those places. To my family, including my four grandchildren, Agriturismo Sole is one of those places. For 4 nights we stayed in this place. Beauty surrounded us, every view was spectacular!! Agriturismo Sole is right in the middle of the Val d’Orcia, a part of Tuscany that has been inscribed into the UNESCO World Heritage List for extraordinary landscapes. On arrival, Santiago and Maria welcomed us like we were part of their family. Their dog, Nina, welcomed us as well and entertained the children with her skateboarding skills. Yes, Nina, the boxer, rides a skateboard!! Each morning we were treated to an amazing breakfast including a special cake made by Maria. Every evening we watched a breathtaking sunset and slept in comfortable beds in peace and quiet. The accommodations were gorgeous and fit our family’s needs perfectly. The children enjoyed letting out the pigs each morning, gathering eggs, visiting the other animals, and playing with Nina. Santiago made a dinner reservation for us in a nearby village where we enjoyed a meal that turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy. Our time spent with Santiago and Maria at Agriturismo Sole provided wonderful memories that we will cherish always! Our only regret was having to leave to return home.

This place is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough! Maria and Santiago are lovely hosts who make you feel at home instantly. The grounds are spectacular, with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside and rooms with excellent beds. Breakfast made each morning was phenomenal (homemade cakes/pastries by Maria) and if you need any assistance booking reservations they are instantly there to help you. Santiago helped us rent bikes for 2 days so we were able to explore Tuscany and Val d'Orcia by car and by bike, and we were able to taste their olive oil, which was fantastic. They also gave us great restaurant and winery recommendations during our stay, so we ate extremely well during our time in Tuscany.Thank you so much Maria and Santiago! You made this part of our trip unforgettable.

We had a wonderful time at Agriturismo Sole. There are many things to praise about this charming and pastoral place. First thing that came to mind is how welcoming and helpful the hosts are. Maria and Santiago were very nice, warm and quick to help. We came in during Christmas when a lot of local places have non-regular availabilities. They helped us book dinner reservations, and the restaurants turn out to be absolutely amazing. Secondly, the facilities are a cozy combination of modern design and Tuscan-style home. We had extremely nice sleep and stay at the place. The breakfast is extremely delicious with an assortment of pastries, home-made jams, fruits and eggs. But the unequivocal highlight is the olive oil that they produce themselves from their own olive farm. It’s truly one of the best, if not the best, olive oil that we have had in our lives. We learned that their olive oil are extracted from a variety of olives harvested from trees that have been around for 35 years, and their olive oil have won several local competitions. Last but no the least, the view is breathtaking. Every morning, we wake up to the peaceful sunrise that casts warm orange lights over the distant fields. Coming out of the room, we walk into a painting with their olive farm stretching out to meet the lush green field and mountain that spans the horizon. Truly an unforgettable experience. And did I mention all the lovely animals... We hope we have a chance to come back and experience more of Sole. We also attached a few photos that we took in the property.

Abbiamo passato una vacanza stupenda in questa struttura. La posizione è semplicemente meravigliosa, tra le colline ed i borghi più pittoreschi. Maria e Santiago sono ospitali ed attenti ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo richiesto le biciclette elettriche che ci hanno fatto trovare direttamente in agriturismo, Santiago ci ha consigliato sui percorsi adatti anche ai bambini. Una menzione d'onore alla colazione che viene preparata tutte le mattine da Maria. Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati.

One of the best agriturismo experiences that I have ever had, it’s the perfect place to be if u want to have a tranquil stay in the nature, the olive trees and all different kinds of animals are just incredible. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay with Santiago and Maria. Santiago is very accommodating and helpful with the restaurant booking. Breakfast was really good as well especially Maria’s homemade cake!The room was cozy and the view is amazing

Non ci sono parole per descrivere un posto così incantevole .Tutto meraviglioso , dalla struttura , le camere , il panorama ed i simpaticissimi animali che girano per la fattoria .Maria e Santiago poi ti fanno sentire parte di questa famiglia e ti accompagnano piacevolmente in questo soggiorno .Ci fossero state 6 stelle ….

Great place to stay in Tuscany. Santiago and Maria were very kind. They also helped setting up activities and giving recommendations. Great location, close to Montalcino and Montepulciano. Beautiful views from the property. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Also, the breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend!!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso questa struttura e non possiamo fare altro che elogiare ogni aspetto dell'esperienza.La struttura è immersa nella tranquillità e ci ha permesso di staccare completamente dalla frenesia della vita quotidiana. Abbiamo trascorso momenti di assoluto riposo e serenità, godendoci la pace e la quiete dell'ambiente circostante.La struttura stessa è situata in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente tutti i principali luoghi di interesse della zona.Santiago poi è un perfetto padrone di casa, gentile e premuroso durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. La sua attenzione ai dettagli e il suo impegno per la soddisfazione degli ospiti sono stati davvero apprezzati.La colazione offerta dalla struttura era semplicemente deliziosa. Non potevamo chiedere di più per iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.In conclusione, consigliamo vivamente Agriturismo SOLE!
