Very good toom and toillet, but the procedure is quite hard

DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY. We reserved a room through Hotels.com where it has a different name (B&B Sorrento Relax) but the same photos and also awful reviews. We were in a rush when we booked it so missed the reviews, but later noticed them and decided to cancel before the refund window expired. We cancelled 2 weeks in advance of our trip, and it has now been 6 weeks waiting on our refund (he charges the full amount upon booking). I have been contacting him on WhatsApp, the only method of communication available, and he barely answers and only speaks Italian. Do not send this place any of your money.

Reservamos alojamiento allí tres parejas ( ya habíamos pagado) y después de viajar desde España nos encontramos que dos de ellas estaban ocupadas. Nos engañaron y espero que no engañen a nadie más. La reserva la hicimos a través de Booking y Airby & . Esa es la puerta donde se en otra base el alojamiento.

Teníamos reservadas las 3 habitaciones para 2 días del 11 al 13 de mayo de 2023, a través de Booking. El día que acudimos al establecimiento, Mario el dueño nos informó que había una avería y que no tenía agua. Que fuéramos a otro sitio. No teníamos donde ir, así que acudimos al B&B. El lugar no tiene cartel alguno que lo identifique. Pero estaba limpiando una persona, que nos abrió por equivocación, y comprobamos que si había agua, y que 2 de las 3 habitaciones estaban ocupadas. El dueño no contestaba. Amenazamos con llamar a la Policía, y finalmente se puso en contacto con nosotros, sin darnos explicación alguna ni solución. Finalmente canceló la reserva, devolviendo el pago, y dejándonos totalmente abandonados.

Saubere Unterkunft ca. 15 min vom Zentrum entfernt. Das Verfahren zum Check in ist etwas umständlich und die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern via Whatsapp ist durch gebrochenes Englisch schwer. Die Parkplätze sind nicht wie in BookingCom frei, sondern in einem Parkverbot. Zudem gab es kein WLAN zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts und der Duschkopf im Zimmer war sehr verkalkt.

Muy buen lugar. Recomiendo atentos y ayudan en todo.

Well, the place is not as it is described. The photos are basically all fakes, and the layout is more like a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with ensuites in each room. But so long as you’re not expecting a resort, the place functions just fine as an air bnb type deal. The room was clean enough, simple budget style accessories and double bed. Air con was perfect though, wifi was fast, and Anna was lovely in hand making croissants and coffee for us each morning for breakfast. It’s close enough to a few nice restaurants just out of town and the walk into town is on a bit of a hill but not bad. We booked with only 48 hrs notice in peak season so can’t be disappointed with what we got
