Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Centre

I spent a night here and the suites here are great for an airport hotel. They are very clean, big, and spacious. They give you a good amount of toiletries, which a lot of hotels are neglecting to provide nowadays. The beds here are also very comfortable, I had a great sleep! The hotel in general is pretty good for an airport hotel, it’s definitely pretty big with long and big hallways l. They also have a decent restaurant. The breakfast was okay, but the scrambled eggs they have could be better. It would be great if they had live cooking for the eggs instead having pre-cooked eggs.

Rooms were slightly dated, but generally still very clean. The convenience it provides is unbeatable. Breakfast was decent as well.It has many facilities but sadly did not have the time to use them as I was busy using the bathtub.Take note the walk to the room can be long around 5 minutes if your room is located at the very corner of the hotel.

Dopo aver deciso per un hotel, arrivati al check-in capisci subito se la scelta è stata felice o meno. Qui, per una notte di sosta lo è stata: upgrading più che soddisfacente, e cortesia nell'accueil da parte di Greta, ad ora abbastanza tarda.Certo individuare dall'arrivo del nostro volo l'indicazione dell'hotel non sapendolo non è stato facile, abbiamo dovuto chiedere più volte: punto negativo.Camera executive spaziosa, letto comodo (personalmente ritengo i piumoni non ideali nel casoci facessero caldo: le coperte messe a cipolla molto più confortevoli, ma qui non sono fornite), bagno ben attrezzato, frigobar non rumoroso, finestre ben insonorizzate, apribili per un minimo ricambio d'aria, e vista sul...parcheggio P3, ma certo lì il mare non c'è.Ristorante (take away) un po' caro, breakfast soddisfacente, salvo le scrambled eggs a cubetti (?), però buono il succo di melagrana e possibilità di una boccata di sigaretta nella terrazza accanto.Buona la tariffa per 'agées':aggiungerei però le istruzioni per la macchina del caffè espresso, e al ricevimento, la disponibilità di almeno tre quotidiani visto che non tutti si informano via Internet e trovare un'edicola lì è roba di km se poi come accaduto i tapis roulant dove esistano non sono funzionanti. Premium il fatto che l'hotel sia interno all'aeroporto, motivo per cui l'abbiamo scelto, e comoda anche l'uscita ai fini di taxi oNcc.

The location is extremely convenient! We loved being able to go downstairs to take the train to Milan or walk over to terminal 1.The rooms were ok. Relatively modern. They could have USB ports for added convenience. The bathrooms are a tad old with tubs, and have no fans (we found this to be common across Italy).Note: the rooms are LOUD! You can hear everything. We were woken several times by slamming doors and other loud sounds.We also tried using their chat to get in touch about shuttles but got no response which was disappointing.

This hotel should not have a four star rating. This is our second stay here and the location is ideal, especially for early flights because you walk out of the hotel into terminal one.But know that these rooms are very tired and in need of updating. The carpet in our room had many stains and had some sticky spots. Our air conditioner was not working well and our room was to hot to sleep comfortably. It was a larger room and there was no couch, contrary to the pictures. It was disappointing overall, especially for the price.The restaurant was very good. We stayed in the hotel a few months back, and found the restaurant to be quite good on that visit as well.The front desk staff was helpful for check in but it was quite chaotic in the. morning. We had stored luggage and it took abut a half hour to retrieve it, even after having called earlier.

Great location if you have an early flight the next morning.Located directly opposite Malpensa airport the Sheraton is super convenient. You can literally walk out of the train station and through to the hotel. There is also easy access across to the airport T1 Terminal without having yo go outside / cross any roads.Checking in and out was really easy.Meals were a little on the expensive side, that's to be expected though when staying at somewhere like the Sheraton.All up a very comfortable and convenient stay before a long flight home to Australia.

We love this hotel! Arrived late at night and stayed for 3 days. The hotel is right in the airport so you land and walk to it in minutes. Excellent service! We got 2 rooms for the entire family with a connecting door. The room was excellent. Bed and sheets, blanket, pillows were cozy we slept like babies. There is a gym and swimming pool with warm water which was very nice. There is a bar with excellent cocktails and the restaurant is perfect! I will definitely visit it again!

Rooms were really clean and the beds very comfortable. There is a bidet in the bathroom very convenient! The hotel was quite large width wise, so there was a lot of walking back and forth btwn the common areas and the rooms. Veery spacious lobby area on the 1st floor with couches along the width overlooking beautiful nature. A great place to rest while waiting for ur flight after checkout. My 2 year old released her energy running around there. The breakfast was unfortunately a disappointment, eggs were tastless and not much variety of foods just snacks like yougurt and cheeses. One of my lowest breakfast experiences. On the flip side, dinner was delicious I think they change the restaurant at night although it's the same space. It was a fine dining experience style and quite pricy.

This is probably one of the best Sheratons we’ve ever stayed. Nice lobby. Staff at the desk was very friendly and professional. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were particularly impressed of the quietness considering the proximity to a major airport.Hallway is very long. It may be an issue for guests with walking restrictions.
