Goldentours DMC Sorrento Amalfi Coast

I can highly recommend Golden Sorrento Tours..We booked our excursions from Ireland and from the moment we got in touch to booking excursions, Golden Sorrento Tours were very Helpful, Efficient and Prompt. We enjoyed all 3 of our exursions (Pompeii and Vesusius) (Amalfi Drive Select) ( Capri and Anacapri)to the fullest, our guides were full of knowledge and polite and fun....pick up from our hotel, drop back service was excellent, Timing was Fantastic, Yes there is traffic delays and but that is not drivers nor Guides fault. Drivers are excellent with a very hard job yet they do it with a smile. Thanks do much Sorrento Tours for making our trip to Sorrento fun and easy....Naomi

Did the Pompeii and Herculaneum trip. The guide we had was lovely, she bought the history alive with added humour. The coach was comfortable with air con. The trip was very well organized and you felt looked after. The only things I would point out is doing two places in one day is tiring and make sure you have good footwear as it's very uneven in both Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Worst ever tour I have done! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Spent nearly 3 hours getting to Pompeii bit weather and traffic was to blame. Got to Pompeii and the only available is the one you have to pay for as male cubicle broken. On the your the radios were constantly a problem could not hear your guide at all and was getting had interference on the radio. So yeah 47 euros for the day with hidden fees. We knew it was 15 euros to get into Pompeii but then to find out that the volcano walk was an added 10 euros for admission and then lunch was 13 euros. We're made to sit with another couple on a table which was fine as they were really nice and wanted to chat. But then we weren't even asked what we wanted to order. Was a set menu only so if you had allergies or vegan you would be really screwed. The tour guide although a nice lady spent too much time in one area and should have covered more areas with less talking. Waste of money I would stay clear. Will be making a complaint to The hotel and wont be recommending to anyone until they drastically improve.

Esperienza davvero fantastica, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo il cibo a bordo nave, e i drink offerti. Ottimo il soggiorno a Capri, fare il bagno li è stato meraviglioso! Sicuramente un’esperienza da ripetere!

Nous avons fait 3 excursions avec eux, le départ était chaque fois proche de notre hôtel ou à l'hôtel, les chauffeurs étaient sympathiques et les documents bien organisés.Pour les guides, celui qui nous a fait Positano, Amalfi et Ravello (Julio) était particulièrement sympathique et nous a expliqué plusieurs choses très intéressantes le long de la route.Pour Capri et Anacapri (Pasquale) nous a accompagné sur toute la durée en tenant son rôle de Guide parfaitement visite de la ville et explications.Pour le Vésuve et Pompéi même bonne prestation avec 2 heures de visite guidée et commentée.Pour notre part le prix me semble raisonnable compte tenu qu'il nous évite une location de voiture et la conduite sur des routes plus que dangereuses. De plus il faut savoir qu'il est impossible de se garer sur l'ensemble des villes visitées sans payer un parking hors de prix (où risquer la contravention en s'arrêtant en vrac sur le bord de la route et souvent très loin du lieu à visité).Pour le Vésuve, seuls les bus et minibus peuvent monter jusqu'au départ de chemin qui mène au sommet. Les voitures particulières se garent 1.8 kilomètres plus bas, cela rajoute à la ballade déjà pas facile et sur une route sans trottoir ou les bus se croisent.Donc pour nous bonne expérience

Wir haben diese Tour in unserem Hotel gebucht. Für die Busfahrt von etwa 15 km haben wir pro Person 15 € bezahlt. Bei der Auffahrt mit dem Bus zum Vesuv wurde eine Pause bei einem bestimmten Kiosk eingelegt. Der gleiche Kiosk wurde auch bei der Abfahrt wieder besucht, nach etwa 7 Minuten Fahrzeit. Leider hatten auch nicht alle Teilnehmer einen Sitzplatz im Bus.Zwei Punkte gibt es, weil der Busfahrer einen guten Job gemacht hat.

Far too expensive even for Sorrento, the wife and I paid a lot of money for what was essentially coach rides and guide, BE AWARE the large trip price charged by this lot DOES NOT include entrance fees. We did Pompeii & Versuvius - only a small but most important part of Pompeii visited then up Versuvius. Cost plus 50eu.Heruclanium - was rushed round in a morning needed at least another hour. Cost plus 26eu.Amalfi Experience - no stops on route for pictures along the coast and a short boat trip at Amalfi. Cost plus 24eu.
