Super divino, muy cómodo, de excelente calefacción, lo único es el montón de escaleras y lo pequeñas para acceder a el apto. Pero las fotos se quedan pequeñas para demostrar su belleza.

The apartment is huge and comfortable, perfect to stay with the family in the center of Florence, considering that flats in that area are really small. It is close to the main attractions of the city, supermarkets and restaurants. We were satisfied with the conditions and our journey!

Bellissimo Appartamento molto ben posizionato nella zona di San Lorenzo Firenze a pochi passi dalle attrazioni turistiche della città, confortevole e molto ben attrezzato. Ideale per soggiornare con la famiglia oppure per con gli amici. raccomandato senza dubbio.!

Honestly, the only advantage is that it is nearby the hotspots. Take a look at this scene: 2 levels of stairs with 7 lugagge, no lift; on booking website it is written they have air conditioner, but it is only at the living room/kitchen and doesn't reach the bedrooms, that have only fans, so you can imagine during summer time when reached 36 degrees; old furniture, so old that the back of the bed fell down before we even sit on the bed; the blanket was dirty, as you can see on pictures; it is written on booking that they have dish washer, but it doesn't mention that it doesn't work and they make you sign a contract where you must leave the dishes washed before you leave, even though they haven't provided you a single dish towel at the first 4 days; you couldn't open the window from the kitchen, that opens toward the inside building because it smells a lot, lot of waste spread on it. It is noisy, there are people bringing stalls along the cob stones street early in the morning and late at night; too expensive for what they offer.

Locație este foarte bună, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice. Apartamentul poate gazdui 4-8 persoane. Curat , dar amenajat cu mobilier ieftin poate fi o alegere bună pentru cei care vin să viziteze Firenze.
