We have been visiting Lunigiana and discussing with Mara and Katia for almost 5 years, buying a property in the locale! Covid put a big block on progress, but as soon as we could get back over (3 months ago) we went to visit an amazing farmhouse and vineyard, which we'd first seen many years ago.The whole process from offer, through to getting the keys (this week) was so easy with their help. They arranged everything - paperwork, translations, Notary, etc etc. They have been just as responsive since the purchase, negotiating with various individuals, facilitating bank accounts, services etc etc. They have also teamed up with the local Geometra and team who can handle all refurb work and permissions.It is a true all encompassing service. Katia and Mara have been our extended Italian family for so long now. They are AMAZING. I cannot recommend then more highly - they are the best.
