Thieves!! Be aware they just book fantasy amounts from your credit card. Don't book your cars here or anywhere from Europcar.

Fine until they charged a 30 Euro out of hours charge inexplicably and without notice. On drop-off I gave my keys to a Europcar employee directly when they were open.

Only returned the car here. I was a little worried based on reviews but our experience was fine. There's a small underground garage with a steep ramp, a little tricky but handy since there is very little street parking here. Staff was friendly and didn't try to tack on any bogus charges.

Central pla ed car rental. The people were both honest and helpful. The car we used worked very well.

Hanno addebitato commissioni non concordate. Non lo consiglio. Porta con te un avvocato se hai intenzione di noleggiare un'auto.

Bad experience in Tounisa branch

Friendly office service. They were going to charge us a different fee than quoted until we brought it up, then quickly fixed.Nice clean car in good condition.

Dopo il ritiro a Palermo fatti 100 km, auto KO! Al telefono nessuno per 2 ore. Numero verde carro attrezzi e taxi per ritornare. Servizio zero. Chiuso

So far so good! We went directly to their office to rent a small car for 24 hours. The rate they gave us was higher than the one online so I told them I’ll book via their website as opposed to in shop and had no comments, which was nice. 20 minutes later I booked online, went back to their office as I was passing by anyway and they confirmed they got my reservation. I asked about what car are we going to get and if it’s possible to get a Fiat 500 and surley they were nice enough and delivered! We got a brand new (4000 km on the clock) Fiat 500 with some options on it.Upon return all went fast, checked the car, signed the paperwork - all well, no mention of extra fees.Will wait for the deposit to come back, hopefully in full with no hidden charges - I’ll edit my review as soon as the whole process ends, hopefully on a positive note.Late late late edit: all went well. The deposit was refunded in full. I'll deff go back if ever in Cefalu again
