I drove 40 minutes to this spot earlier today to have a letter sent by UPS to the United States.Initially, I was told by the man at the desk to take it to the Post Office, but I convinced him that I wanted to use UPS so that it would be delivered as quickly as possible.I was then told that I had to go home and access the UPS website, print the required shipping documents and bring everything back to the store.I honestly did not understand why they wanted me to do this since EVERY other UPS store I have ever been in does it for you.I could see that they had a computer on the counter and I asked them if they could simply print the forms for me because I lived so far away.Their story immediately changed again, and they now told me that the only thing I could do at their location was to pick up UPS packages and not actually have them delivered.Needless to say, I was quite confused.I then asked them where I could have the item shipped by UPS and they told me I had to drive to Livorno which was another hour away in the opposite direction.Clearly, they did not want to ship my parcel by UPS and they did everything in their power to keep it from happening.I returned home and checked the UPS website and it is pretty clear that EVERYTHING they told me was incorrect.AVOID THIS UPS ACCESS POINT AT ALL COSTS!

Truffaldini mai più ups!!! Concordo per una spedizione in Francia di 28,45€ online. Il 16/06/2023 ...il 22/062022. Mi sono state addebitate altri 13,05€ senza il mio consenso e senza una spiegazione. Contattato tramite email, ma non risponde.PESSIMÒ

Pessimo corriere ! Ups preferisce non consegnare !! È già la terza volta che dicono di non avermi trovato in casa e devo andare a ritirare il pacco presso il loro Access Point ! Assolutamente da evitare come corriere
