Such a cool place! The employees and the boss always gives you a warm welcome! When you enter the shop your nose get tickled by the smell of high quality leather products. A few moments later you will realise how much effort and love they have put in the decorations. The quality of their goods is so amazing and a visit is always a beautiful experience.I highly recommend everyone a visit in this shop!

I love this store so much! Real, actually made in Italy leather goods (most shops slap a zipper on and call it Italian). The workers here know their products and are happy to treat everyone well, including our children who came back with us on our second trip. Everyone was so nice. I am a fan for life!

My first experience of Ben Heart was at Rome in 2019. I bought the shoes and personalised belt then and till now both items are in a good shape, consider I was wearing it almost every other day.Few days back we arrived to Rome and found out that the store is temporary closed in Rome. So we have decided to go to Florence specifically to visit Benheart store and we were right to do so as our visit exceeded all the expectations. Marco and the team have provided the top personalised customer service, which is rare in general. We walked out from the store with a smile. I bought two pairs of shoes and matching personalised belts and thanks to Marco I ended up buying a beautiful burgundy colour leather jacket for my lovely wife as it was matching her so well.I wish that Benheart store will open someday soon in Dubai as I am sure it will do well there.Once again thanks to Marco and the team for your attention and personal assistance.

Great store with excellent quality products and a super friendly staff. Omar assisted me with my purchases and he was fabulous! Omar was very knowledgeable and I could see he was passionate about the products...not to mention his super friendly demeanor and big smile! Loving my jackets and shoes! Wish I had also purchased a few of their bags but wouldn't have fit it all in our suitcases. ;-)

Had the most incredible experience here. We looked into Bens story beforehand and couldn’t wait to visit. We purchased one of a kind jackets, belts and shoes with Christina. The staff was kind, helpful and just as passionate about leather as Ben. We even had the opportunity to FaceTime Ben himself. This made our Florence trip. We will be back again. Thank you!!!!
