About a month ago, my family and I decided to take a little vacation in Italy to visit Naples, in Italy we had already been there before the Covid-19. After a quiet 10-hour flight from New York, we finally arrived in this beautiful city. Unfortunately, as soon as we arrived, my wife slipped and her ankle hurt. Now we had to find an orthopedist who was open on Sundays and close to the center, because our hotel was there. We decided not to go to the hospital because the wait would take too long and my wife’s ankle pain would get worse. As soon as we arrived in the city center we saw billboards indicating the study of an orthopedist in a historic building. We let the taxi driver drop us off, but we realized after the building was closed. Praying that the doctor would answer us, we decided to call the given phone number. Fortunately the doctor answered us and with the little Italian we knew we tried to explain what the problem was. The doctor decided to come down from the house, despite the closing day, to understand what had happened. Fortunately, she only sprained her ankle and the doctor gave us a brace in order to not strain it and advised us to apply ice on the affected area. After taking the ankle brace, I kindly asked him to send me the bill: I gave him all the necessary data and after not even thirty minutes, the bill had already arrived. We really have to thank the kind Dr Massimo for helping us, despite it was Sunday, and for saving our vacation.

Direi Professionalita e disponibilita e cio che lindistingue dalle altre ortopedie, mi sono trovata a contattarli piu volte x un prob di mio nonno e sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili in qualsiasi momento.

Mi recai in ospedale, circa 2 mesi fa, per un forte dolore alla colonna vertebrale. Dopo la visita, l'ortopedico mi prescrisse una maglietta posturale per alleviare il dolore. Subito dopo l'essere uscito dall'ospedale, mi recai presso quest'ortopedia, dove sono stato accolto da un personale qualificato e professionale, e sono riuscito a trovare quello che mi era stato prescritto, senza problema alcuno. Consiglio la struttura per chi necessita di presidi come questo ed altro ancora.

Ottimo personale veramente esperti nel settore..

È la seconda volta che mi rivolgo all'Ortopedia Laino: la prima volta avevo bisogno di un letto di degenza la seconda, volta ho portato mio mio nipote per le cosidette '' scarpe ortopediche''.Il ragazzo alla reception mi ha saputo dare tutte le informazioni che mi servivano sulle pratiche necessarie per l' Asl, mentre la ragazza ha saputo spiegarmi quale fosse il tipo di scarpa e suola più u adatto per mio nipote inoltre é anche riuscita a convincerlo a indossarle. All' interno ho visto esposti molti presidi per la deambulazione e tutori post frattura lo consiglio sia per professionalità sia per efficienza.

Hemos pasado unos días en Nápoles, primera salida al extranjero en tiempos de pandemia. Desgraciadamente, uno de nosotros se torció el tobillo y tuvimos que comprar unas muletas en esta ortopedia.El dueño nos dijo que nos mandaría la factura una vez que le enviara todos los datos por correo electrónico. No lo ha hecho. Para nosotros suponía recuperar 30 euros para él, molestarse en hacer la factura.No hemos podido disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad como hubiéramos querido, lástima que usted haya contribuido a hacer la estancia menos grata aún.Ya no se trata tanto del dinero... es el gesto tan feo.
