Ottimo.

We have encountered the following problems:- There is a huge tax for check-in after 11 PM (50 EUR!!). I've received that info in the confirmation mail when I've booked, but did not see it (clearly my mistake). However, this information must be there BEFORE you book, and included in the total price - you should not find out about it after you book, and have to pay in cash.- Check-in - although payed for, the actual check-in process was not ok. I announced them multiple times that I arrive around midnight. I also called when landed, and said that I will be there in approx. 25 minutes, which I did. I had to wait in front of the place for 15 minutes!!!- Communication - while in the beginning all communication was in English, when I complained about the high check-in tax, all communication was in Italian. I like to try to speak the local language, but the change of attitude really bothered me.- There was NO breakfast. There was nobody there to offer one, nor did we receive any information on that. Moreover, there was NO cutlery, so even when we brought something to eat in the morning, we had to eat it with our hands.- The room was extremely hot, we had to sleep with the window open. Which is ok, but the city at night is quite loud, and early in the morning the streets are getting cleaned - also quite loudly. There was an air conditioning installed, but we did not have a remote control - so even more frustrating.- Shower - some plastic pieces were broken and you had to always held it with your hand, but that was a minor issue. But the water was cold, and even if it's hot outside, it doesn't mean that you want to shower with cold water. Lukewarm would have been ok, but this was really cold.- Noise - there are 3 rooms there, which share a bathroom. Totally ok with that, but every door was squeaking very, very loudly, so every time someone opened the door, everyone was bothered by that. It's just a matter of oiling them properly.

Struttura pulita e ordinata, arredi nuovi e stanza pulitissima. Vicina sia alla stazione che al centro, la consiglio vivamente. Gestori ospitali e disponibili per tutte le info necessarie e buoni consigli

Camere ben rifinite e pulite.Quartiere tranquillo e in pieno centro.

Posizione centrale, vicino alla stazione e comodo per spostarsi a piedi. Ma il posto è situato in un vicolo dove ci sono stazionati costantemente degli spacciatori ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte che diciamola tutta per due ragazze in vacanze da sole non è stato il massimo. Vi risparmio i commenti che dovevamo subire ogni volta che uscivamo dal portone. Struttura in generale pulita, bagno in comune con tenda della doccia vecchia di 10 anni ma senza pretese in generale per 2 notti è andata bene ma non so se sarei rimasta di più.
