Esperienza molto negativa ! Acquistato un paio di scarpe Camper modello Junktion, nel negozio sotto la galleria prezzo €. 200,00. Il problema che dopo l’acquisto ho verificato sul sito ufficiale Camper e le scarpe costano €. 180,00 !!! hanno avuto il coraggio di vendere ad un prezzo maggiore del listino, in un negozio che sembrava un outlet…

Serie di negozi nel cuore dello shopping di Napoli tra la Galleria Umberto è la famosissima Via Toledo.Ho comprato molte cose per me è la mia family tutti top brand da , Stone Island, Fay , Hogan, a Ralph Lauren Cucinelli e tanti altri .Veramente top!!!!!Bellissimi capi e personale gentilissimo e non invadente.

Sold me a counterfeit bag. Versace Jeans Couture is not made in china. It's just not. I researched it everywhere besides calling Versave themselves. The bag was $250€ so it was a good amount of money. Don't go here for the love of god. Once I confronted them about the bag being made in china they tried to convince me that it's where VJC is made. It's not. Google it. They refused to give me a refund saying that it's Italian politics? Whatever that means. This place is 100% a scam. I should of read the reviews before going here. God awful place. I hope karma returns to them.

AVOID THIS SHOP! Bought a few items and wanted to return them the next day. They refused because apparently “Italian” shops do not return but exchange only. Horrible experience, the quality isn’t even that great given the very overpriced value. 600 euro for two shirts and dress pants. Ridiculous.. really put down my experience in Naples.

Bellissimi capi di grande qualità e brand di un certo livello. Ho comprato un golfino e dei pantaloni, pagati molto molto di più rispetto ad altri negozi di tutto rispetto, stessi articoli! Decurto altre stelle per i commessi, veramente senza parole.....

Esperienza assurda, commesse sgarbate senza un briciolo di accoglienza, capisco che fare i commessi è difficile, ma cambiate lavoro, comunque da Barbaro sono così tutti i commessi qualcuno si salva, mi viene da dire barbari

We went to the shop that sells women’s clothes. We tried a dress that was too small so they said they had one size larger so we bought that one. We went home and realised they gave us the small size dress without a cash receipt, only the tax receipt, which was odd, given that we bought some items from the men’s shop right across and the cash receipts were all in the bag.We went back to return and possibly exchange for the correct size but they told us they didn’t have the bigger size one. And refused the refund. It turned out they only had one last dress the day before and lied to us so we would BUY THE WRONG ONE.We believe they didn’t give the receipt on purpose…AVOID THE SHOP. THEY DON’T RETURN.The items there are also out of season and higher priced than official shops. You can get the same items for half the price online.They are very MANIPULATIVE. Don’t trust them. Avoid the trap.

Questa la mia esperienza: compro un vestito da cerimonia che oggettivamente non mi valorizza, ma un po’ la lusinga delle commesse un po’ la disperazione di non avere un vestito per la cerimonia, alla fine decido di prenderlo. Torno a casa e sono sempre meno convinta del mio acquisto. Chiamo per chiedere eventuale reso e mi propongono un cambio. Torno in negozio il 30 giugno restituisco il vestito di 200 euro e prendo una borsa, mi dicono che c’è una differenza di 75 euro che avrei dovuto aggiungere…pur di uscirmene da là dentro pago e mene vado. Il 2 luglio la stessa borsa costa 195euro. La linea sottile tra il giusto e la “furbizia” …
