HoLive, Case da Vivere

We are a family living in Belgium and bought a holiday house in Viareggio. It is very complicated to manage all maintenance and renting services from abroad. So we were looking for a local person to represent us. We found Holive, represented by Giulia.Giulia is a very professional property manager. With her friendly and cheerful attitude she does the follow up of our house. If there is a problem, don’t worry, she picks it up until it is fixed. She takes care of everything as if it is her own home. When the house is rented, she organizes everything what is needed to hosts the guests.We also receive regularly updates of the planning of scheduled works, of the income calculations etc.We are very happy we chose Holive and Giulia!
