2 years ago i bought a beautiful blue glas decorated with gold leaf. I really loved this item, but unfortunately today i wassed it (only with hot water) with my hands and the glass cracked.Now i want to write a mail to Galleria San Marco G.S.M. Srl but i can't find their e-mail address. Is there someone who knows their e-mail address? If so could you please leave it in the reviews?

Visited this place after reading the recommendation from Rick Steve's book. In fact to enter we had to mention Rick Steve's book (and you get 20% off), they initially said that you need a reservation.Google maps may not show that this place is located behind the stores facing St. Marks square (need to go behind using a tiny alley).You are guided inside and given a very short but amazing demonstration of glass making.They you are taken to the glass room and given a sales pitch to buy. We didn't buy from the sales pitch but wandered the gallery by ourselves and bought stuff ourselves.The items here are not cheap at all - ranging from 20 euros to 20,000 euros. But they are amazing - some of the most beautiful pieces of Venetian Murano glass art made by the masters in their factory at Murano. Most people after the sales pitch bought (or did not) buy one or two small items that were shown and headed out. I suggest walking through the gallery and viewing some the art pieces. There are some great pieces there - and plenty of variety (not too much variety in the tiny glass trinkets as a gift, but there are some). The place also has good restrooms.The sales pitch was not pushy, and after the crowd was gone, the manager was very helpful and showed us around and helped us with making the decisions on what to buy.

Bellissima esperienza anche per i piu piccoli, assistere un artista della soffiatura del vetro, la guida ha saputo incantare anche i più piccoli con la storia, esperienza consigliatissima anche per lo svolgimento vicino a piazza San Marco. Prezzo onesto, cordialità ed esperienza. Provatelo assolutamente. Le persone che abbiamo trovato si vede che hanno amore per il proprio territorio, competenza, simpatia e sopratutto gentilezza. Mix perfetto per far rivivere il passato e presente. Grazie

物凄く安いガラス作りの見学の現地ツアーで行きました。安いだけあってガラス作りは2分くらいで終わり、後は数十分ずっと別室で営業トークを聞かされて帰りました。たまに聞き取れない場所はあるものの日本語での営業トークはイタリアで唯一といっても良いくらい久々の日本語で、ビックリしました。無理やり買わされることもなかったので、綺麗なベネチアンガラスが見られて良かったです。入口が分かりにくいので自分では入ることも無かったと思うので余計に。お金があれば買ったと思いますが、貧乏人の私には普段使いに使用するには高過ぎます。

Saw a live glass blowing demonstration and afterwards was able to purchase luxurious yet durable glassware! Beautiful shop!

A very short glass blowing demonstration followed by a sales pitch for very very expensive glassware. You are free to stroll around and see some nice glass pieces though.
