The gentleman we dealt with this morning was fantastic! He put us at ease after a bad experience with the local transit system, and provided advice for the next leg of our trip as it was our first time travelling by train. We only had espresso and water, but the area was very comfortable and clean.

Very friendly, competent staff! The snacks and refreshments were a nice touch after having walked in Rome for a long time. Great location if you need to take the train to the airport too. I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Rome!

I was directed to this lounge by a friend in Rome as I had an extensive waiting time between trains and needed a place to rest. After a quick google search, I realised that the lounge is not operating regular business hours due to COVID-19 but can still provide access if you contact them via their community forum.The lounge did not disappoint - it is peaceful, extremely clean, and features comfortable furniture as well as a range of refreshments. On top of this, access was complimentary thanks to my ItaliaPass membership!It is refreshing to come across a company that prioritises their customers' needs to such a high standard. I applaud the excellent service, quick response time, and overall courtesy provided by ItaliaRail.I throughly enjoyed my visit to the lounge and will definitely be sure to visit again next time I transit through Termini.

Though it's a little far from the main station, the service is pretty good here. I used dragonpass for entering the lounge during arrival. Can ask for wine or coffee.

We dragged our luggage all the way to the other end of the platfoem, so as to check out this lounge. To our huge disappointment, the door was locked and nobody answered the buzz. We waited for about 30 mins between 12:45 and 1:15pm. This was supposedly during their operational hours.When we asked other station staff, we were told that maybe the lounge staff were having lunch". Even if the staff was temporarily out for lunch

Friendly warm welcome--which we appreciated after walking such a very long way to get there! But we were helped immediately with our bags, shown to some comfy seats and given snacks and drinks. Such kind care allowed us time to gather our wits and figure out what we needed to do next. They gave us some travel tips, called a cab for us and basically gave us a great first impression of Rome!
