Terrible company. Rude, penny-pinching - the opposite of what hospitality should be. Rented an apartment from them and they endangered our child by not providing a promised cot. When we asked for a refund if we cancelled and booked elsewhere, they said no. Avoid!

Highly unflexible and disobliging cancellation policy in a Covid-related force majeure situation where entry to Italy was not possible anymore due to new entry regulations as of 16 December 2021. Cannot recommend the service.
