City Corner

You might easily overlook this record store, as its a combination of vinyl and clothing. They display a few albums in the front windows, but you’ll find some more in the basement. A neat combination of reissues and second hand records in various styles. I had a nice chat with the English speaking owner, about Italian music by Franco Battiato and Fabrizio De Andre, which I recently discovered. She was very friendly and helpful all the way.All in all its a small collection, but apparently they have a bigger shop a little more outside the city centre (Le Disque Record Store, on Via Scuderlando, 276) which is definitely worth a visit as its the oldest in town. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to explore but it will be on my itinerary the next time I visit Verona!
