Очень удобное расположение. В отеле ресторан, можно заказать обед и ужин в номер. Прекрасный персонал, очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Виды из окна на озеро поражают красотой. Пицца превосходная.

Terrible and stressing experience.My parents weren't allowed to check in 15 minutes after midnight. They were left to sleep in the street. They had to arrange another place to stay in the middle of the night.What kind of establishment isn't capable of giving access codes in advanced? We're talking about a place near the international airport of ROME!!! Don't you expect your guest's flights to suffer delays?The reservation was cancelled by the host so I can't leave my comment on Booking. About the money, of course it's save and sound in the host's bank account.After reading the comment below, I see this might be a common problem.So sad to see how little humane people have turned out.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with Casa Vacanze Giramondo. We requested a late check in when we made the reservation due to the arrival of our flight into FCO. The property confirmed our reservation, but only told us after the free cancellation window that they would not stay open to receive us when we arrived. In fact, they told us the day of our arrival, which left us in a terrible lurch. They had many opportunities to do the right thing by us and they didn’t. They would not offer a refund despite their lack of timely communication. Our reservation was made on Booking.com and because the property initiated communication with us via another platform, none of the exchange is officially recorded and so Booking.com’s hands were tied to be able to do more to help us. I could not write a public review on Booking.com because we didn’t officially stay there as they closed before we could arrive. I post our experience here as I don’t want others to have the same terrible experience we had.
