Wow Rome!

Hi, we have booked a nice little flat in Rome with Weekey Rentals. We are very happy, location was perfect and exactly as in the pictures. Very smooth booking process and very helpful and kind staff. We ad an issue with the luggage at the airport and they provide assistance, so thank you!

We rented two apartments through Weekey Rentals (one in Rome and one in Venice) and we are very satisfied. Both apartments were perfectly located, clean and spacious and all the booking and check in/out process was very smooth. We were given clear information and useful tips that made our vacation in Italy really easy. They helped us booking pickup service and tours and were very responsive. If you are travelling to Italy and look for an apartment I strongly suggest to book through this company. Thanks to all the Weekey Rentals staff, we hope to come back soon!

hellowe have rented a beautiful villa in the Tuscany countryside through Weekey Rentals. We will definitely come back next year! Everything was as expected. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate and we got all the useful information and assistance before and during our stay. Thank you all!

We booked an apartment in the Piazza Navona area of Rome. Some time later we were informed that that apartment was no longer available and offered an apartment in the Campo de Fiore area. When we arrived at that the apartment we were told, rather mysteriously, that it was not available. We were offered another apartment far from the center of Rome, unsuitable for a number of reasons. Finally we were offered another apartment, more suitable but still far from the central area of Rome. Moreover, we were charged more than the rate posted on the door of the apartment. We have requested a refund of the difference. We’ll see if they comply.

The worst Airbnb experience I have ever had. The flat is very very poorly equipped, especially the kitchen and contrary to the fully equipped kitchen" mentioned in the ad.In the advert
