The apartment is located in a strategic position, not far from the so-called 'Bari Vecchia' (the historical center of the city) and the shopping streets, but also offers the opportunity to experience real neighborhood life. The apartment, consisting of a large entrance furnished with a desk, ideal to work or study, bathroom and living area with open kitchen and balcony overlooking the suggestive main road, is spread over two levels, one of which is a mezzanine where the sleeping area is located. Through wooden stairs from the entrance you have access to the mezzanine area, which is divided into two areas separated by a door: the first with a queen size bed, the second with a queen size bed and a French size bed. The living / kitchen area comes with sofa, TV, dining table, washing machine and many other tools and appliances. The apartment comes with air conditioning only on the lower level and is equipped with heating only on the lower floor, but it also works for the mezzanine floor (if needed, the heat pump can also be used). There are wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Nearby you will find shops, supermarkets, airport shuttle and bus stops. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Nearby you will find the Basilica of San Nicola, the area of ​​Bari Vecchia, the Norman-Swabian Castle, the Nazario Sauro seafront, the Petruzzelli Theater and the Margherita Theater. Leaving Bari northwards, you will find the city of Trani (50 km) with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, ancient maritime fortress of the Swabian era. Inland are located Castel del Monte (55 km), one of the 54 Italian sites chosen as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, Alberobello with its typical “trulli” (55 km) and Castellana Grotte (45 km).
