Ho avuto l'opportunità di noleggiare uno scooter per il mio soggiorno ad Ischia e devo dire che mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. Lo scooter era in ottime condizioni, perfettamente funzionante e mi ha permesso di spostarmi in modo facile e veloce durante la vacanza. La posizione per il ritiro dello scooter era strategica, di fronte al porto, il che ha reso il ritiro e la restituzione dello scooter davvero comoda e veloce. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di prenotare lo scooter tramite internet, in modo facile e veloce. Consiglio vivamente questo servizio di noleggio a chiunque cerchi una soluzione per muoversi in modo agile e veloce durante la propria vacanza ad ischia

Friendly staff, gave me & two friends from France a discounted price for 3 scooters compared to the company next door. Had no problems with the scooters over the next few days. Great holiday in Ischia thanks to the shop!

SE ANDATE AD ISCHIA NOLEGGIATE DA MAZZELLA !Ho noleggiato online per 4 giorni un agility 125cc ed ho riscontrato sia facilità nel prenotare dal sito, sia per quanto riguarda un prezzo super conveniente, poiché prenotando online in anticipo e per più giorni si risparmia rispetto alla prenotazione sul posto. Oltre a questo, alla consegna del motorino c’è stato un problema con il tappo del serbatoio, il proprietario ha provveduto a sostituire in maniera istantanea il motorino consegnandomi addirittura un Honda SH, capirete quindi la grossa differenza tra i due motorini e soprattutto allo stesso prezzo. Molto gentili e cordiali sia il proprietario che il suo intero staff. Consigliatissimo!

Ho noleggiato un Agility 125cc per alcuni giorni. Scooter praticamente nuovo di zecca ad un prezzo molto economico. Personale attentissimo e molto disponibile. Sono stato seguito da Rebecca con professionalità e simpatia! Consigliatissimo

Great service and awesome car!I’m so pleased with my experience with this car rental. I stayed in Ischia for 5 days and having a car to get around made all the difference, as the island is all up and down hills and taxis are quite expensive. I rented the Panda tipo 1. It doesn’t have air con which is still fine in June, but other than that, fantastic vehicle! Small enough to be parked almost everywhere and powerful 1000cc engine to push us up the steep slopes of Ischia. The staff was super friendly and as we rented the car they gave us a map of the place, featuring all the speed camera and ztl (restricted areas) in detail, so to avoid any fee. Thank you Mazzella Rent, we will choose you again next time!

Consigliatissimo. Mezza giornata con una stilosissima FIAT PANDA anni '90. Costi bassissimi e consigli per un giro di mezza giornata assolutamente azzeccati. Molto simpatici, cortesi e prezzi migliori rispetto alla concorrenza.

Una volta arrivati ad Ischia abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter in ottime condizioni per 5 giorni.Lo staff si è rivelato fin da subito molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e/o problema come per esempio dove parcheggiare.Qualità/prezzo ottimo: un 125cc a 25€/giorno

Amazing experience! I pre-booked a Fiat Panda about a week before arrival with air conditioning. When I arrived at the rental shop, the ladies in there spoke very good english and had all the documents ready. It was a little hectic outside (as to be expected on a main road!) and we were rushed to our car, but the Fiat was perfect. No technical issues, drove perfectly and had incredibly good air conditioning which was essential in the unbearable heat. Returning the car was a bit stressful as there is nowhere to really park it near the rental shop, but its not their fault. We also got a parking ticket as the rules on the island are very confusing for anyone not from there, but they sorted it immediately on returning the car. While we were waiting for the car to be prepared, the lady in the shop gave us a lot of wonderful reccomendations on the island as well which were greatly appreciated. 5/5 service, highly reccomended!

CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!Qui abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter 125 per 3 giorni, compreso di GPS per segnalare zone ZTL e soprattutto AUTOVELOX (nell isola ce ne sono molti con limite di velocità a 40/50 km/h) direi utilissimo non conoscendo il posto.Autonoleggio affidabile, personale meraviglioso, le ragazze ci hanno indirizzato nei posti migliori da visitare nell isola.Disponibilità a portarci lo scooter nel nostro alloggio/ ritiro dello stesso senza doverlo riportare al negozio.

We rented a 4 door smart which was €50 a day plus full insurance at €8 a day. The car was quite difficult to drive, had scratches when it was given to us, the navigation and radio didnt really work and only had a half tank of petrol.Unfortunately, the car rental experience was ruined after we filled up a full tank and when we dropped the car off. We obtained full insurance which has an excess of €500. We had a situation where our car was badly scratched in a parking lot and when we dropped off the car, the daughter of the owner, the daughter proceeded to aggressively shout in Italian that we owed them thousands of euros. After trying to explain to them that the insurance policy says we were only liable for 500, the daughter tried to imply that ‘excess’ means something completely different to the universal understanding and that we would be liable for the full amount. Every time, we tried to calmly argue back, she would fly off the handle in a rage threatening us with problems. She said that she had called her father and that he would take us to his mechanic to get a quote on the damage. He arrived and somehow managed to be even ruder and more aggressive than his daughter. He said if we didn’t pay him, we would have big issues which I took as a personal threat and then he called the police. In retrospect, we should have waited for the police as they would been able to protect us from their aggressive threats and extortion but instead, we were told to get in the car and were whisked off to some remote back alley on the other side of the island. We arrive and his friend quotes €1900 and says we have to pay. Naturally, we refused and thank god some guy from ischia was there and spoke English and read the contract and said to the owner that we were right and our damage was limited.When we arrived back at the office, a new guy called Danilo who I think was an operations director or something was there who spoke English. We explained that all this could have been avoided and told him what the daughter had said and she then has the audacity to say that it never happened and that apparently the contract was an old one?!Notwithstanding, if that was true, then the whole contract would be void. I should add that all the documents were in Italian and it transpires that the contract had additional costs that were never mentioned. There is one clause which says that you owe the company an additional €900 if you don’t tell them when it happens. We had emailed them last night and the daughter yet again kept saying no no, saying they hadn’t received the email despite me showing them the contrary. The whole thing was bizarre and incredibly stressful!As it happens, I was with my guy best mate and even we felt intimidated at times. I shudder to imagine how someone younger or someone more easily rattled would feel at being subjected to such verbal abuse.The daughter and her father are nasty people, incredibly arrogant, rude, ignorant and dishonest as they clearly don’t even understand their own ‘special’ contracts and refused to take any responsibility despite being proved wrong by their staff and complete strangers.A real shame as Danilo and the other lady were really accommodating and lovely.
