The driver was very rude and unprofessional. He was constantly using his mobile phone while driving. He was always demanding for money which we were not supposed to give him. We were on vacation and I think anybody as passengers would eat and drink in the bus if they were doing a 9 hours drive with only 2 stops. He demanded money for cleaning (when it’s actually his job to keep the bus clean and tidy). We would not recommend this agency for anything. Their prices are very unreasonable and dodgy. Terrible experience with the bus driver and the bus.
