Except for the location, everything in the hotel was way bellow 3 star hotel. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever been into, the smell in the room was awfull, the furniture very old and partly broken, breakfast of low quality. Avoid!

Fantastic hotel, walking distance from the beach and vaporetto station. Staff are very nice and friendly, rooms are well prepared, cleaned and nice, some with huge balconies! I very much recommend it.

Stayed there for two nights in March. Room was quite big and clean. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Good location too. Thanks a lot! Would definitely be back.

Can’t fault the extremely helpful and kind staff. They had arranged for some flowers to be left as a surprise for my partner without any issues. Breakfast was decent for the inclusive price. The rooms could do with some updating but we quite enjoyed the rustic building with its hints of Art Deco. Located close to the boat stops and local cafes, it’s ideal for the travellers whom want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Venice but stay within stopping distance.

Room are ok, beds are like a board, bathrooms are tight - but the location is very beautiful. Giovanna and her friends are so friendly and open. We are really pleased to find that spot.

The hotel room lacked electric sockets for charging phones, camera batteries, etc. We had to unplug the TV to use that socket. No hot water in the breakfast room for making a cup of tea, lukewarm at best, and no tea making facilities in the room. Apart from that, no complaints. Clean room.

Great little Villa. Room was comfortable just right for my needs. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Joanna has a beautiful smile.Beach was close for a nice reflective walk, restaurants were close and served nice food. Boat terminal was just up the street perfect for a handy hop in to Venice or Murano etc. I had a wonderful time.

Villa Cipro is within walking distance from the SME with warm staff. It offers outside space for relaxation and offers hot and cold drinks for guests at the reception.The rooms are kept absolutely clean daily with bath sheets regularly replaced for guests comfort.The refrigerator in the room offer guests opportunity to keep their snacks refrigerated throughout their stay.Their buffet breakfast has nearly everything you will want in the morning within the European setting. Next time you are on the lido, please check it out. You will be glad you did.

The night staff is absolutely horrid. They gave us the room right next to the lobby and the night doorman liked to have loud conversations on speaker phone. When I informed him we couldn't sleep, could you please keep it down he smiled and said no english. That was just the beginning, I have video of the rest. The rooms are small, we couldn't open the bathroom door more then 1\3 of the way because of the bed and the door wouldn't close unless you slammed it, this made it impossible to use the rest room without waking up eachother. Showers in the morning were luke warm at best. The lady who checked us in was pleasant at least.
