Unbelievably rude and arrogant. And it’s a shame because they are in the center of the city and the forefront with all tourists. I ordered a very important injection and I was told that by Monday morning at 9 would be available..:/ obviously it was not … horrible

Needed a rapid covid test for return to US. This pharmacy has a testing location on the side of the building and no appointment was needed. Staff members were polite and very helpful. Total test and wait time was about 25 minutes and cost 15 euro. Highly recommend if you're in Milan and need a testing location.

I did my rapid Covid test today 21/03/22, and had a very great experience with the staff, they were really polite and efficient. I arrived 5 minutes earlier than the opening time, so I was the first. The total time that I was there was around 25 minutes, 10 for the test and another 15 minutes for the results.I want to say thank you to the doctor who was very kind. I really recommend this place.

Sono stato a Milano per motivi di salute. Venerdì 7 ottobre mi sono recato in questa farmacia in quanto mi era stato prescritto un antibiotico in fiala dal San Carlo che avrei dovuto fare entro le 5/6 ore dalla biopsia.In questa farmacia, il titolare[ se si vuol chiamare medico] è stato scortese alla mia richiesta di aiuto . Avrebbe potuto semplicemente indicare una struttura o similare per eseguire il trattamento antibiotico.Lo stesso si è comportato non professionale ma trattandomi come se fossi un mendicante .Sconsiglio vivamente la farmacia per qualunque richiesta.
