Perfect place to stay near Venezia! There is a bus stop very close to the villa with direct connection to Venezia (bus number: 53E. €3 one way).Everything is much better then on photos. The place is super clean, cozy and practical. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful! The place also has a sweet little back garden, were you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee. Here you can feel the charm of local Italian atmosphere!

Very nice, small hotel with few nonetheless large rooms. We had with our small boys a great stay there and took the opportunity to visit Venice on one day. The owner and host cared a lot about us. Thank you, Marco!

Cozy and comfortable stay close to Venice with easy connection to the city. The room and the whole place is beautiful. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended!

Ottimi prezzi che includono colazione, biancheria, TV, WIFI e parcheggio nel giardino della villa che chiude alle 21, dopo le 21 la macchina può essere lasciata nei posti liberi della strada adiacente. Il bagno privato ad uso esclusivo è nel corridoio. L'aria condizionata è a richiesta con 5 euro. Nei weekend il soggiorno minimo richiesto è di due notti. Da tornare sicuramente.
