Unfortunately I was robbed. Me and my sister we were on a vacation we rented a van from the shop. Upon handing over the van we signed the papers and he claimed he only had 1 copy therefore he will email us a copy. We left and apparently he manipulated the car check as if it was hit from the front and we got charged for 250 Euros. Those shop should run out of business as the ruin the reputation of other renting shops.
