Clinica assolutamente consigliatissima!!! Il dottor Valencia e’ un professionista preparato, che con la sua simpatia e il suo entusiasmo rende le visite del nostro cucciolo un incontro davvero piacevole per tutti. E’ molto disponibile e professionale, e spiega sempre con estrema semplicità e praticità tutto il necessario. Siamo davvero molto soddisfatti della scelta!

Da due anni portiamo qui il nostro shiba. Ci segue dott. Valencia e mio cane lo adora nonostante tutte le visite fastidiose e vaccinazioni. È un veterinario innato che trova un modo per creare rapporto fiducioso. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e attento. Una clinica da consigliare!

Ottima clinica veterinaria. Il mio Akita Americano è in cura con piano annuale col dottor Valencia e non potremmo essere più contenti. Struttura perfetta e sempre pronta a venir incontro alle esigenze del paziente/cliente. Sia lo staff che il dottor Valencia sono preparatissimi e fanno sentire a proprio agio tutti, padroni e animali. Aiutano con i promemoria degli appuntamenti ed è facile contattarli. Consigliatissimo.

Non posso che raccomandare questo studio veterinario. Il Dott. Valencia, non solo si dimostra sempre professionale e gentile, ma è sempre disposto ad offrire quel servizio, spiegazione in più che rende migliore e più tranquillo il percorso di vita con i nostri cari a quattro zampe.E come ciliegina sulla torta è capace di fare tutto ciò anche in inglese, che per mia moglie è fondamentale.Anche il resto dello staff è sempre di una efficienza e gentilezza esemplare. Veramente ottimi i promemoria per vaccini e visite di cui ci si può dimenticare.

Short story: if you do not speak Italian and you need a knowledgeable vet who speaks fluent English and Spanish, do not take it for granted. It's pretty hard to find a vet in Italy that really speaks English. Dr. Valencia speaks fluent English and Spanish, is extremely friendly, is always available for any questions and further assistance, and goes above and beyond for their clients. Having found him when traveling with our dog made stressful situations like having a sick dog much easier. Trust me.Long story: our dog, Dailho (the beautiful pom you can see in the pics) got leishmaniasis and his kidneys were damaged by this terrible silent disease. It's been 5 months since he got the treatment for the leish, but he was kept under treatment for his kidneys. We came from the US on vacation (with him, of course) to stay in Europe for 4 weeks. During week #2 we noticed he was vomiting, hours later, after almost every single time he ate. We thought it was just an upset stomach. Well, move forward 5 days and that's when we found Dr Valencia through Google. We brought Dailho for an appointment, even though we had only two more days left in Milano. Dr Valencia went above and beyond to understand what was happening with our fur baby, to get his exams done on the same day of the appointment (which included reaching out to his colleagues to find us a spot), to help us understand what was going on with Dailho, to help Dailho feel better, and to communicate with Dailho's vet back in the US. Phew! It was two intense days that for sure were simplified by Dr. Valencia kindness and professionalism. Thanks for all your support, Dr. Valencia! Dailho and us deeply appreciate it.#Barça :P

Clinica consigliatissima!In particolare il Dr. Valencia presta sempre tantissima attenzione al mio cane e non lascia nulla al caso. Con il suo approccio da veterinario “mamma” e la sua simpatia, riesce a mettere a proprio agio sia il cane sia il padrone in qualsiasi momento (difficile e non). Grazie alla sua professionalità, cura e attenzione so che il mio cane è in ottime mani con lui.Un grazie speciale anche a tutte le segretarie che sono sempre gentili, disponibili, affettuose e professionali.Ps. Ogni volta che passo con il mio cane davanti all’entrata della clinica, lui tira per entrare!

I had an emergency regarding my cat that traveled with me from America. Finding Animal Doctor was a little miracle for us in this situation. They are quick to respond and provide excellent care and thorough instructions. 10/10 recommend, especially if you are new to Italy :)

I would highly recommend Animal Doctor! We have seen a few of the vets there and they all have a brilliant level of English and take excellent care of our puppy. We booked our dog, pickles, in to get spayed a few weeks ago and were understandably a bit nervous; however, Animal Doctor kept us updated with Pickles' progress (via WhatsApp voice note), and we came to pick her up to find the receptionist giving her a lovely cuddle while continuing to see to other 'patients'. Dr Valencia especially is very professional and brilliant with our very vocal dog - Pickles loves him.

Raccomando questa clinica veterinaria. Il personale è eccezionale, professionale e molto empatico. Tutti i medici sono bravi e pazienti, ogni volta che porto il mio gatto esco sorridente.
