Lavanderia-Smacchiatoria Ecoclean

This laundry service is the worst. It took her almost two days to wash 5 T-Shirts, 1 Jeans and a little bit of underwear. She charged me 25€ for it. She was not open the time she said I should come back so I had to cancel my train and spend three more hours in the city and spend money on stuff I did not need. Best thing was that from the 5 pairs of socks and underpants I only got one single sock back. I couldn’t check for it because I rushed to the train station in order to catch the next train. Additionally she was super unfriendly and didn‘t speak English, which is fine. She spoke Sicilian and I couldn’t understand a word, although I do understand normal Italian. She didn’t bother to speak clearly.

We had to get our laundry done quickly and we walked in around 6 pm and she was able to finish by 7:30. She told us some might be a bit damp but the vast majority were dry. A bit pricey but I think we paid for the express service. Thanks!!!
