Good service, nice stuff

This place is a joke. I booked a 9-person van on the website, got confirmation over email that car is ready and a weird hunch prompted me to call the local office and confirm with them as well, a day ahead. Well, the lady on the phone tells me that they don't have a van and that the only thing they can offer me is a Fiat Panda (which is like a 4 person car).- Is there a second car we can book?- You can try, but we can't guarantee anything.Called Budget corporate - they were useless.Bottomline - don't trust autorenals in Italy - always confirm with local offices.
