We were welcomed into the store today by the very fine lady who is the owner. We had searched all of Salento for the perfect Pomo and found it here. She handcrafts everything by herself, art from Lecce, Salento and glass and papier mache from Venice and Venetian masks. The quality is flawless and the style elegant.She told us her story of when she lived in Venice and she learned the skills. She was very kind and made us laugh. Would definitely recommend!

Preziosità in forme di carta... e in gocce di vetro. Opere artigianali locali in tipica cartapesta leccese e manufatti in vetro. Pumi leccesi, maschere veneziani, oggetti in vetro di Murano. Atmosfera gradevole e buon gusto, manufatti realizzati con arte. Su richiesta è possibile visitare il laboratorio.

What a wonderful shop and what a relief after all the typical touristic souvenir shops that all sell the exact same pieces. All beautifully handmade with care.The owner of the shop was lovely and welcoming as well. We managed to converse, even though our Italian vocabulary stops at the bare minimum. She even showed us her workplace and shared some history of herself and the shop. 100% recommend!
