Ristorante Hostaria Il Desco
Il Desco si trova nel cuore della città. L’ambiente è carino e curato. La cucina è fresca, di qualità. Io ho mangiato i tagliolini con gorgonzola al tartufo estivo, buoni. Mio marito ha preso gli spaghetti aromatizzati al Chianti, ottimi. Il servizio è piacevole. Il solo appunto è la presenza di fastidiosi moscerini…

Cenato questa sera, con pici al pomodoro e burrata, spaghetti vongole e bottarga, ribollita e una tagliatelle senza glutine ai funghi porcini poi 2 tagliate e un carpaccio di salmone...tutto MERAVIGLIOSAMENTE OTTIMO...qualità/prezzo ottimo!!! Da tenere in considerazione per chi va a Firenze!!!

We had a great lunch here. Phenomenal menu. We started with the Caprese with Burrata and truffles — yes please! So good! We then had the mushroom tagliatelle and the vegetable soup with bread (a Florence speciality). We had a great Falanghina white wine with lunch which paired well with both meals. Everything was so delicious and they gave us limoncello at the end of the meal. Amazing!

This was a beautiful dinner experience. The ambience is lovely and the waiters are super courteous and attentive. Most importantly the food was top. I had vegetarian gluten free truffle bruschetta and Gorgonzola gnocchi, delicious+perfection. My husband the asparagus flan and porcini pasta as well as their signature dessert. We loved our experience here and highly recommend it. The care and attention for gluten free needs is amazing as well - separate menus and good knowledge/advice etc

hidden gem a little off the beaten path. Great service and delicious food. Restaurant also has many gluten free options. Highly recommend for people who want to enjoy great food without the tourist feeling. Don't forget to make a reservation.

Tornati a Firenze dopo diversi anni, questa volta siamo stati travolti da un'esperienza culinaria unica in questo bellissimo locale nel cuore di Firenze !Abbiamo optato per una cena a base di tartufo accompagnata da una grande varietà di vini, cibo squisito talmente tanto che il giorno dopo siamo tornati per pranzo !Personale ben preparato, attento e premuroso verso il cliente !Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante in particolare per la diversità che si contraddistingue dalle classiche " trattorie che ci sono a Firenze e soprattutto uno dei pochi locali " gluten free".In fine posso solo dire di aver avuto aspettative alte che sono state ampiamente soddisfatte!Grazie Gabriel per questa fantastica esperienza

Beautiful restaurant/ambiance and the meal was excellent. The staff was gracious and helpful. We had a group of eight, ages 11-75 and everyone loved their meal. My daughter said it was the best pasta she had had in her LIFE! She ordered a second entree, it was so good.

Molto bello il locale, appena arrivati ci hanno fatti accomodare e ci hanno chiesto se volevamo il menù senza glutine. Abbiamo condiviso un antipasto con crostini di tartufo, poi un piatto di tagliolini al tartufo per lei, un filetto al tartufo per me (eccezionale) e cantucci con vin santo (ottimi). Una bottiglia di vino e 2 di acqua, tot 103€Unica critica costruttiva, a parte l'olio del supermercato, il servizio un po' assente e visibilmente in favore di conoscenti

AIC gluten free accredited, had a lovely meal served with gf bread and gf seperate menu. I had the bacon tomato pasta which was lovely. My father had the gf gnocchi which was tough and firm which was disappointing… however had good flavour. Tiramisu and apple cake for dessert. Would come back

The gorgonzola gnocchi and zucchini carpaccio appetizer were 5 stars for sure! The bone-in rib eye was more like 4 stars. Still very good with great char and beautifully plated. The mushrooms gave good flavor but we ended up picking around them a bit (they were big squishy things and we were diving into the meat bites. Could have used a little more salt for our taste.The service was just fine: mostly let us just be happy at our table :)The space is cool and location was tucked away but very close to everything!
