We recently enjoyed an AMAZING family vacation in Sicily - 3 generations, 17 people, all of our children and grand-children together for one last memorable family vacation all together! Essence of Sicily, and in particular Marina our local travel specialist, put together the custom tour, and I mean do mean custom, every moment of the trip was designed to meet our very specific requests - including visits to the non-tourist villages where my wife's mother and grand-parents lived before immigrating to the U.S. in the early 1900's. From the hotels, to the individual local tour guides, drivers and restaurants selected for our dinners to the last minute adjustments in our itinerary for shopping due to KLM losing everyone's luggage, to say that Marina did an AMAZING and OUTSTANDING job would be an understatement. A HIGHLY recommend Marina and Essence of Sicily to anyone looking to visit this beautiful island and enjoy a unique, custom and high quality experience.
