My wife and I stayed in the Lago Maggiore area for four days, and this was easily our favorite place to eat. The food was really, really good, and the people here were very warm and welcoming. The atmosphere here was also much more relaxed than at the more touristy restaurants we went to. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend Plaza Cafè!

We came to this region in Italy for our honeymoon. This was the best place we ate during our stay. It was simple and very delicious. The pastas with tomatoes were excellent! The quality of the food we ate was better than what we had at fancy places. The lady who served us was very sweet and patient. The owners do a very good job. I hope I can come back to this place one day! Highly recommend!
