New development, very modern appearance and equipment. Exceptionally clean and well run. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would thoroughly recommend.

Top Lage.Zu Fuss 2 Min. vom Meer entfernt. Sehr modern und alles neu renoviert. Stilvoll eingerichtet. Personal alle von der Recèption bis Zimmermädchen sehr nett,kompetent und hilfsbereit. Preis Leistung absolut top. Waschmaschiene und Tumbler praktisch( gegen Aufpreis) . Fitnessroom auch top. Die Massagepools auf der Dachterrasse runden das ganze ab,sehr grosse und schöne Dachterrasse. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war der Lift mit den vielen Spiegeln ,und dafür hat es im Zimmer keinen richtigen Ganzkörperspiegel. Ansonsten alles super.Komme gerne wieder. Hunde sind Willkommen.

Really incredible property just steps from the beach. I really prefer these style of apart-hotels" and it was great to find this one in Viareggio. Everything was ultra-modern and functional. The kitchen was well-appointed high-end appliances (including great coffee maker!). The staff was very attentive and were ready to help with anything. The hotel is located only one block off the boardwalk which means it is close enough to easily walk to the beach while remaining quiet when the main street is busy with the occasional late-night party."

Awesome new hotel! Rooms are clean and in new conditions. Lots of space. 5 mins walk to private beach access, where you can choose between chair and cot options (different pricing).Liked the whirlpool and area around on the top floor!Grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, and good restaurants all in 5 min. Walking distance.Check before with the reception if you will use the kitchen in the room(s). Take an extra towel and water bottle when using the gym.
