Enterprise

I rented from this Enterprise, that's tied in with Locauto for my first time this past weekend. I have been a customer with enterprise for over 8 years in Canada and use Enterprise internationally for over 4+ years. My company I work with in Canada is a large client with Enterprise as well.First off, it was difficult to find this location. You have to walk through the parking lot for a few stores and then proceed to walk down a flight of stairs and then find the opening for the gate to walk to the building. The entrance of the building is like walking into a machine shop.The employee we had didn't speak good English and didn't understand all that we had to say. The paperwork we received as well was in Italian and I had requested English, but was not given it. I didn't even get an email invoice that all Enterprise locations send me.Upon approaching the car, the employee asked if I wanted to return the car to the airport (which is only a 10 minute walk and we are physically fit). I asked if there was a fee because Enterprise charges a 1 way drop off fee, which I have known about since I started being a customer. The employee said no. We asked the employee several times throughout our interaction and it was a No.So, we left the location under the impression there was no drop off fee. After the weekend, we returned the car to the airport and surprise, we were charged a 1 way fee of 70€. So we were lied to and taken advantage of.I contacted Enterprise and sadly I had to talk to the Italian management who only said sorry and proceeded to state the rental policy, which I clearly understood. So, I do not recommend Enterprise in Olbia at all for several reasons.The customer service at the local branch and the management are horrendous. Some of the worst interactions I've ever had at an Enterprise. 0 recognition for Enterprise status and loyalty as well.It's clear Locauto cares more about 70€ than they do with customer service. They will not make good of a bad situation. Management will cite policy and make you feel stupid, even though they just took advantage of you.I can see why Enterprise in Olbia is a 3.7 star company. I'm sure Cagliari is the same too.
