Ho constato la cortesia e professionalità della Vectron che in pochissimo tempo mi hanno riparato un inverter da 5 kw. A loro va la mia stima

Where to start but this is a bad company to deal with. I purchased a system the service to start with great they said they understood my needs and planned the system. The install took almost 4 days to complete instead of 2 and when you have an issue they are just shocking. I have lost count the number of emails sent and also when you call they just hang up. Maybe this is common but only trying to resolve the issue get the relevant paperwork that should have been given to me.Again I would avoid dealing with this company plenty of others around that do the same and I would hope deal better with customers.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I note your reply but I paid you that included the install on the invoice I have been trying to contact you since November emails calls and only today you inform me that you outsourced this to another company.Just need to understand who is responsible for what. I have not warranty details or system configuration , no paperwork at all from you.Still stand by the review your customer service and follow up has been non existing happy to show you the number of emails sent and calls attempted.Yet another update. Still no response from them. The previous owner has been super helpful in trying to help but it would appear that I clearly need to source another professional to setup and help. The comment about we don’t do setup install is rubbish. You were happy to provide the equipment install and setup the system but still waiting on paperwork for the settings the warranty and general information.Agreed you came reviewed made change explain that you would send me email details of changes to be made. Again nothing. Part of the supplied goods are faulty and I try to contact you but no reply.All I am asking is you at least reply inform me of who needs to fix the faulty goods you supplied.Looking forward to hearing from you.

Materiale a buon prezzo, ma introvabili, poca serietà...

Da luglio 2022 che ho acquistato e pagato 2 batterie a litio per un totale che supere i 2.000,00 euro e ad oggi nulla, spariti, gli andrò a trovare presto di persona!!!

Ho inviato un inverter Pip 4048 Mse in riparazione qualche tempo fa, la riparazione è stata effettuata in pochissimo tempo e con una spesa accessibile ed onesta.Grazie

dal 23/05/2014 a oggi 28/05/2014, la Vectron srl di Bologna è irraggiungibile telefonicamente da tutti e due i numeri di tel.. il servizio assistenza non funziona..........$&$
