It’s a complete scam, do not recommend at all. We arrived in the location and no one attended and there was also no way of contacting them, even when our reservation was already paid fully.

The worst experience! We made a reservation through Booking app, arrived in the place and there was no one to accommodate us. We tried calling, messaging and even emailing and after 40 minutes wait decided to call Booking app directly. Booking app was somehow able to talk with them and their response was that they were right there and didn’t see anybody, which was a complete lie because there was no one, they’re a complete scam just trying to get peoples money!! We ended up waiting 4 hours in there because since they said they were there, booking didn’t want to give us our money back and we couldn’t lose the money since we’re just students, so we basically wasted our day just waiting for them to give us a reply, which in the end never happened and we had to go somewhere else. Besides of that, the place is badly located, there were not even stores close to it, so we couldn’t drink or do anything, just over 4 hours standing there with 30 degrees weather, the closest store we could finally find was a 20 minute walk. And the ocean view they offer is from really afar, since it’s also not closely located.

PRO:Camera e bagno puliti, ottimo materasso, comodo balconcino, camera spaziosa, bagno con finestra, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, arredo di camera e bagno nuovo e gradevole, minifrigo in camera.CONTRO:Mancavano cose essenziali come: luci sui comodini, scovolino x il water in bagno, un rotolo di carta igienica in più.La sala comune (a 4 camere) pur essendo capiente, non è dotata di tutto quello che servirebbe per prepararsi in autonomia una colazione, tenuto conto che il bar più vicino è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. C'è solo un microonde ma manca una piastra elettrica per farsi un caffè, e non ci sono caffettiere.Nel terrazzo comune sui secchi della differenziata non è indicato il contenuto, infatti in ogni secchio c'era un po' di tutto.Degli ospiti hanno lasciato piatti sporchi nell'acquario, che non sono stati rimossi dal personale di pulizia durante i due giorni di nostra permanenza.

Eccellente struttura curata in ogni particolare. Sono molto soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto. Altamente competenti ed efficaci su ogni richiesta.

Bellissima, nuovo e con una terrazza enorme da cui si vede il mare

Struttura ideale per esplorare Gallipoli e dintorni.Il parcheggio esterno alla struttura è stato facile da trovare.Le camere molto confortevoli.

My boyfriend and I made a reservation and when we arrived it was closed and there was no one there to open for us. We waited, called and emailed and we’re not able to get in touch, but the app through wich we reserved (Booking) was somehow able to, and they were saying they were there and didn’t see us, but after waiting for hours and hours they simply didn’t show up and kept telling booking they were there waiting for us.

Fantastisk! Kjempefint sted og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Vi stortrivdes og vil definitivt komme tilbake hit! Stor terrasse, fint rom og deilig bad - og igjen, ikke minst, en fantastisk vert. Tusen takk for et kjempefint opphold!

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati in questa struttura per 3 notti e siamo rimasti soddisfatti di averla scelta.Le camere erano pulite e il balcone spazioso e rilassante . La consiglio a tutti .
