Обманули мою маму - беженку из Украины. Язык она не знает, поэтому посмотрела" на красивую рекламу и зашла! МОШЕННИКИ И ВОРЫ! ПРИНИМАТЬ ЖАЛОБУ НЕ ЗАХОТЕЛИ

This place is total scam, they charge 9.9euro regardless, and doesn't tell you at all even though I only needed $50 dollar =42 Euro based on their exchange rate. They distract you with a receipt never mentions how much you should get, instead, they put 32 euro and then 9.9 charge (and the total still 32, it is designed to confuse you) in very small print and tell you this is privacy document (not your receipts) to sign. I feel so sorry for the woman who has to lie and cheat people to make a living every day.What goes around comes around.

Do not change your money here unless you want to pay a 19.9% commission. I am not upset about the commission, I am upset because they don't disclose it to you before doing the exchange. Most places charge much lower and even wave the commission when you're exchanging a large amount of money. Disclosure in the financial industry is very important.

I'm just going to assume most exchange places in Venice are scams. I asked how much euro I would get for USA dollars, the woman said pretty much 60€". So the market rate today is 100$ = 86€

Worst customer service ever. I exchanged $500 Us dollar to Euro. Without letting me know how much I could get, the 2 ladies there on 10th July 2018 just took my money and exchanged it, gave me back 312 euro. When I said I dont agree with the transaction and asked for my money back, they said they cannot cancel the transaction without me signing on any agreement of the rate.Venice interchange is so doggy. Not recommend this for anyone.

Posto che fa mobbing.Turni anche di dieci ore.Pause dopo solo mezz'ora o un'ora.Bagno assente e devi pagartelo al bar se ne hai bisogno.Se fai notare i problemi, l'azienda fa mobbing dando turni invivibili, mortificando il tuo lavoro in gruppo Whatsapp dove tutti vedono e non in privato, mandano controlli a casa durante la malattia e nonostante il m dico del lavoro la confermi ti trattano come se avessi finto di stare male.Minacciano dicendo che ti devi pr ndere ferie e non andare al lavoro o ti renderanno la vita un inferno.Posto senza comprensione umanità, rispetto e nemmeno del tutto legale visto che spesso si fanno più di 6h senza mai avere una pausa.Da denunciare ed evitare.

I exchanged 500 us dollars and they gave me back 324 euros. Asked multiple times to explain the exchange rate they could not. I needed the euros desperately so i paid them. I am still confused how did they charge me 160 dollers for their fees. Total rip off. Stay away.

This ITERCHANGE company in Venezia Italy, are criminals who take advantage of the tourist's honesty to steal when they are willing to change money. They train employees to deceive the tourist. In July we went on vacation and decided to change us $ 300.00 dollars and they cheated me with us $ 60.00 dollars. They never talk to you about the commission and when they give you the money, they know they robbed you. We called the Venezia police, the same officers would tell us to never change money in Venezia since these exchange companies are a mafia constituted to steal. The police can't do anything after they cheat you, since the law is here to protect them. They are thieves and Italian mafias who know the law. I recommend to American tourists not to change money in Venezia Italy.
