We as the German owners of the Piccolo Grand hotel and the Piccolo BBB - beach club in Pizzo have been ordered several works from the construction company Recol srl and specially the complete construction work of the beach club. The works for the beach club have been carried out in 2018/2019 by Recol to our satisfaction.The ecological carrying out of the Beach Club has been nominated from “Casa Klima” as the First project in Calabria.

We have successfully restored a 200 year old town house in Pizzo with Recol Srl between 2018 and 2021. The restoration project in the old town center of Pizzo was extraordinarily complicated, because in addition to extensive construction works, antiseismic walls and a new roof structure were realized.
