Good location, safe, near city centre, Santa Novella train station, reachable to any historic location by least 10mins. Place is newally renovated, clean, tidy and cosy and really nice host.

be careful DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THE OWNER, the owner charged money for another month without letting me know. I was ordering for staying two months from the day I contact the owner, after I left, the owner charged three months from my credit card, and said it is a minimum stay 3 months, and show me a website I have never seen, with another 101 euro “damage”. These charge is made without any kind of notice to me. Fortunately I got my money back with the help of police and my bank. Firenze is such a nice city, this place put such a shame to its name.
