Great for international travel!

Esperienza abbastanza negativa tranne rare eccezioni,comunque nulla di particolarmente positivo.Innanzitutto servizio bagagli scandaloso me ne hanno spaccate due in 15 GG in giro per gli stati uniti,in secondo personale ai gate spesso poco disponibile che non parla al di fuori dell inglese nessun'altra lingua e l'inglese usato anche quando gli si fa notare la non provenienza da paesi anglofofoni è pieno di slang e parlato velocemente quasi per dispetto.Chek in spesso per forza in modalità self e qualora sorga un errore si sborsano soldi in modo esagerato e senza motivo alcuno.Per concludere aerei spesso con il touch dello schermo di intrattenimento che fa pietà....mai più American Airlines

No words to describe American Airlines except these four: inept, incompetent, inconvenient, and lazy.Failure to disclose information regarding COVID-19 testing is absolutely pathetic. Vaccinated individuals are required to test to return to the country of origin where testing WAS NOT required to enter Italy. Vaccinated individuals were exempt. And now we aren’t extremely inconvenient.Closing your counter at 1pm in the afternoon incredibly lazy and inconvenient. Automatic kiosk that don’t work nor any onsite assistance is just asking for trouble.Finally don’t expect any sympathy from these employees as they have none to impart with the exception of “you are SOL” but you can BUY another ticket. Though you’ve already purchased one.As a frequent flyer these are some of the worst conditions I have ever been subjected to by any airline, I’d much rather swim in the Atlantic Ocean than fly with American Airlines. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and embarrassed by your service.Never again will you be receiving a single dime from me.

Lounge access is shared, crowded and not great.

Dont fly American unless you like getting screwed.What a joke. They charged for a carry on that they did not weigh. It was fine going through Atlanta but somehow the same bag was too big? The lady that was checking us in was a nasty rude lady. There was no communication within the airport itself...then I was selected by the system" for a security check....i think it was the rude hag that checked us in. They kept trying to separate me from my wife and daughter. We barely made the flight

A huge line at 8 am all AA attendants wait until 830am to start checking people in. Must be nice. There are elderly people in line but they wait until exactly 8;30am to open.
