By far the worst car renting agency I have come across in the world. We have reserved cars in 8 different countries in Europe, including in 10 different cities in Italy before and this is the only agency that wouldn't accept our paperwork and refused to give us a car. This is what happens when the employees can't read their own terms and conditions and barely speak any English. Sad...

On the 20. july 2023 at 18:30 i wanted to get the car i booked online. The young italian lady with black hair that works there was extremly unfriedly and wasnt cooperative. She didnt give me the car. Also when i tried to call them, nobody picked up the phone! I highly recommend EVERYBODY not to book for a rental Car!

STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely zero customer service at all. We made a reservation with child seat, after arriving they told me they had none and I could basically FO. The child seat had to be picked up from a different car rental, where we waited for an hour and a half. The pick up process was a nightmare. Guy to whom you are making return cursed at me in Italian when breast fed the little one in the car, even though I was an hour and a half earlier to the return than I was supposed to be. Company counter and return place is hard to find.You will get a car that has been sitting on Cagliari’s sun for couple of days - yup, they will send you to pick up the car yourself at the roof at top of the parking garage - even though they have parking spaces on the ground floor where the cars could be picked up a lot more conveniently. Overall a tourist trap.

Arnaque !!! Ils vont prendre votre dépôt de garantie :J’ai loué une voiture pour une semaine à 416 (assurance incluse) et j’ai appelé pour rajouter un jour supplémentaire, ils m’ont indiqué le prix 32€ + assurance.Résultat : ils m’ont pris 260€ pour l’assurance directement de mon compte, 260€ pour un jour…..Quand j’appelle personne ne prends en charge ma demande…

The worst car rental ever! I've reserved (and paid) the car online before i arrived and ive forgot my driving license at my home country so I had to change the reservation name to my friends who had her driving license with her, and they forced me to pay an extra 25$ per day for that change as a new insurance! I've left and rented a new car with another company.Horrible service, bad attitude

Sconsigliato, a causa dell'overbooking.DRIVALIA (con buona probabilità) SI È RIVENDUTA LA MIA PRENOTAZIONE A PREZZO PIÙ ALTO!!Sono rimasto senza auto all'inizio della vacanza a Cagliari... già pagato con largo anticipo il noleggio tramite Rayanair, al desk mi sono sentito dire che il mio voucher non risultava a sistema perché annullato!! Contattando l'assistenza clienti dell'intermediario scopro pure, con molta amarezza, dell'esistenza del codice di conferma prenotazione da parte di questa inaffidabile società di noleggio che, non è riuscita neppure a fornirmi un alternativa...LIQUIDANDOMI CON UN AVANTI UN ALTRO"!!Ottima l'assistenza da parte Rayanair che mi ha rimborsato in toto."

jai louez une voiture 2 semaine en avril chez drivalia aucun soucis pour la prise du véhicule et le retour pareil les employés sont très professionnel mon prochain séjour je passerais par eux a coup sur !!

Servizio ottimo! Soluzione per chi hq bisogno di un noleggio in città. Vetture pulite ed in ordine, personale molto cortese e preparato. Location ideale per evitare code per ritiro e riconsegna vettura. Esperienza positiva.. da consigliare per servizio offerto.
