Pay attention when you buy anything from their vending machines. I've tried to buy 2 bottles of water from 2 of their vending machines located in the PISA airport this month and have received nothing because the machine selected items from empty rows instead of the rows I had selected the number of. First of, it is not normal that there isn't a protection when the row is empty (something like, the machine detecting that there isn't anything in that row and then, not accepting the order - Which already exists on other vending machines). Second, I've sent them two e-mails, one in english and one in italian, requesting to get a refund as I have paid and not received anything. No answer at all... Lack of consideration of their costumers... And not professional. I consider this as a scam... Next time I travel to Italy, I will really pay attention not to buy anything from the machines of that society.

Persone molto cordiali. Per ragioni organizzative l'intera operazione è durata circa un'ora... Ma non per loro mancanze. L'ingresso è l'uscita dal luogo appaiono piuttosto difficoltose se siete muniti di mezzo dalle dimensioni importanti.

Distributore dell'aeroporto di Pisa alla vista perfettamente funzionante, ruba i soldi e non eroga i prodotti. Imbroglioni!!
