Even though I could not get into a college dormitory, I had to make a housing decision in a hurry to get a VISA. Milan Housing responded quickly and smoothly to my contract even though Italy was on vacation. Even after I started living in the apartment, they were very understanding and flexible to accommodate our needs. Thank you very much.

I rented a room in this place in 2022, everything went smooth i was able to move in in a week. The deposit was small and i got the contract and it was registered in agenzia entrate in a month. Moved out after a year, and the move out process was very easy as well. Overall very good and pleasant experience.

Trustworthy local agency with nice and helpful people. My experience with them is as good as it can be, everything is documentented and registred at the local offices. The prices are the best I could find in Milano, regarding both rent and deposit.

Milano Housing è: amichevole, efficace, rapido, trasparente.Ho soggiornato a Milano da aprile a luglio 2019 e dopo varie truffe perpetrate da altre agenzie immobiliari, Milano Housing è venuta in mio soccorso offrendomi (rapidamente) un posto letto in una stanza condivisa nel quartiere Isola.Che dire? James è stato a dir poco disponibile - ci siamo accordati via Facebook - ed è riuscito in poco tempo a trovare una soluzione non solo in linea con le mie esigenze, ma anche a dir poco economica rispetto ai prezzi di mercato.Affidatevi a Milano Housing, non ve ne pentirete.
